How long do I have to return something?

14 Day Home Approval Period

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase but understand that sometimes an item needs to be returned.  No worries!

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are more than welcome to return or exchange any items ordered within 14 days, starting the day your parcel has arrived at the shipping destination provided by you. It is with great pleasure that we offer our 14 day Home Approval Period to our European Union and International customers too (including Channel Islands and the Republic of Ireland).

All items should be returned unused, in a resaleable condition, with the original packaging and branded labels attached. For your return to be accepted, you must make sure there are no fragrance trace or marks and that the item is in perfect condition. Please note Lingerie items must be returned unused, with hygiene stickers in place. Jewellery items cannot be returned unless faulty.

Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of the return.

How do I return something?

UK customers – For returns from the UK, ensure that you obtain a certificate of posting from the Post Office as proof of postage. Keep this in a safe place until you have received your refund / exchange as it is your proof of postage in the event of the goods being lost in transit. Make sure that this certificate of posting has the Bengali T-Shirt Company name and returns address on it and the post office date stamped confirmation on it. Allow up to 7 days for your item(s) to reach us.

EU & International customers – For returns from the EU countries which we deliver to, ensure that you obtain a document or certificate from the postal service as proof of postage. Keep this in a safe place until you have received your refund (exchanges are currently not available to customers outside the UK) as it is your proof of postage in the event of the goods being lost in transit. Make sure that this proof of posting has the Enchantalize Ltd name and returns address on it and official confirmation of the date of postage on it. Allow up to 7 days for your item(s) to reach us.

To ensure swift delivery through UK Customs please ensure you mark the customs declaration on your returned package as “RETURNS” or we will be charged duty & VAT on your returned item, which we reserve the right to deduct from your refund. Remember to enclose your returns form in your parcel and pack your return securely.

How do I exchange something?

If you are making an exchange, we will send out your newly requested item immediately upon receipt of your return. Please obtain a document or certificate from the postal service as proof of postage.

There is no charge to exchange items for a different size. Delivery is also free on the replacement item. Please note that all exchanges are based on stock availability and we are only able to offer size exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style, we suggest that you return it for a full refund and purchase the new piece separately.

REFUNDS

When will I receive my refund?

Returned items will be processed/checked in within 5 working days. We aim to make refunds to cards as soon as possible, normally within 5 working days, but during busier periods this may take slightly longer. As soon as your refund is issued back to your card you will receive an automatic email confirming this. Please allow 10 working days for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement as the length of time refunds take varies depending on the card issuer.

Refunds will be credited to the payment method (card or PayPal account) used to make the original purchase. All refunds will be made in GBP currency.

Will I be refunded the full value of my order?

The price of the garment will be refunded to the credit card or PayPal account used to make the original purchase. The delivery costs will only be refunded for faulty items or for orders cancelled under the Distance Selling Regulation provision (e.g. written notification of order cancellation within 7 days).

If your order has been sent to a destination within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded.

Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.

Your Rights Under Distance Selling Regulation
When you buy online or by phone, you have additional rights as a consumer under the Distance Selling Regulations. This means if you (as the purchaser) notify us in writing of your wish to return an unused item within 14 working days of receiving it, we will immediately refund you the purchase price upon return of purchased items. You can notify us in writing by emailing ………@bengalitshirtcompany.com quoting your order number.
